Flowboc builds booking software for independent yoga instructors — people running their own classes without a studio behind them. Before Flowboc, running a class meant a spreadsheet for who'd booked, a WhatsApp thread for reminders, and a manual tally of who'd actually paid. We built Flowboc a public booking page students use to see upcoming classes and pay to reserve a spot, plus the operational layer behind it: tracking bookings and payments, enforcing class capacity, sending automated reminders and confirmations, and managing recurring class schedules.
Instructors needed to collect payment directly through Paystack without Flowboc taking a cut of each booking, which meant building the payment flow as a true pass-through rather than the marketplace-style split most booking platforms default to, and monetizing via a flat subscription instead. Recurring classes added their own complexity: a single weekly slot could have one instructor, shifting capacity, and a rotating list of regulars and one-off bookers, and the booking page, payment state, and reminder system all had to agree on what 'this week's class' meant at any given moment.

A public booking page per instructor with real-time capacity limits, direct Paystack checkout with no platform fee on transactions, automated reminder and confirmation messaging, recurring class scheduling, and a simple dashboard for instructors to see who's booked, who's paid, and what's coming up — all behind a flat monthly subscription.
Instructors using Flowboc replaced their spreadsheet-and-DMs workflow with a single shareable link. Manual back-and-forth over bookings and payment confirmation dropped to near zero, and class no-shows fell noticeably once automated reminders replaced ad-hoc WhatsApp nudges.
