The Problem

Challenge

The client believed there was an opportunity to transform how modern farms operate through an AI-powered management platform, one that could help farm operators make smarter decisions, reduce manual processes, and improve operational visibility.

Like many founders, they started by trying to build internally.

Over the course of eight months, they invested time into assembling a technical team and moving development forward. But progress was slow. Hiring the right people proved difficult, product decisions lacked structure, timelines slipped, and the team struggled to translate the vision into a cohesive product.

The result was an incomplete solution that wasn’t ready for users, investors, or market validation.

At the same time, the pressure was increasing. An upcoming investor pitch meant they needed more than code, they needed a working product, a clear technical direction, and confidence that the platform could actually be delivered.

That’s when they partnered with us. They needed an experienced product and engineering team that could step in quickly, remove uncertainty, define what should be built, and turn an ambitious idea into a launch-ready product within a compressed timeline.

Solution

We assembled a focused team of product strategists, designers, and engineers to work closely with the client from concept to launch.

We began with a Product Discovery phase to define the MVP scope, align business goals, and validate priorities. From there, we created the foundational documents that guided execution: the Product Requirements Document (PRD), Technical Requirements Document (TRD), User Journey Flows, UI/UX Brief, Database Schema, and a detailed Implementation Plan.

Because we believe great products are designed before they’re developed.

With a clear roadmap in place, we moved into a focused 14-week development sprint to design, build, test, and launch the platform. Following launch, we continued supporting the product through iterative improvements, user feedback cycles, and the rollout of new features.
